Company Name: DBB Info Solutions Inc.
Company Name: DBB Info Solutions Inc.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND AGREEMENT SCOPE
Welcome to DBB Info Solutions Inc. (“Company,” “Platform,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”). By accessing or using our website (dbbinfosolutions.com) as a Client (Buyer), Freelancer (Seller), or general visitor, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This document serves as a legally binding contract between you as an individual user and the Company. We reserve the right to amend this User Agreement at any time by posting updated terms on the website, and your continued usage constitutes unconditional acceptance of those changes.
2. PLATFORM ELIGIBILITY & MULTI-ACCOUNT SANCTIONS
- Age and Legal Capacity: Users must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction) and capable of forming legally binding contracts.
- Account Ownership: Free or standard user accounts are strictly linked to verified individuals. Sharing login credentials, passwords, or transferring profile metrics to another party without prior written consent from the Company is explicitly prohibited.
- Proxy and VPN Restrictions: The use of virtual private networks (VPNs), remote desktops, or proxy setups to disguise location data or create ghost profiles will result in immediate termination.
3. THE MARKETPLACE ESCROW ARCHITECTURE
- Intermediary Venue: The Company operates solely as a dynamic online marketplace where Clients buy services and Freelancers offer independent professional solutions. The Company is not a party to any direct contractual commitments or operational delivery mandates established between the Buyer and Seller.
- Employment Exclusion: No partnership, joint venture, agency, or employer-employee relationship is established through the platform. Freelancers operate strictly as Independent Contractors and are entirely responsible for their local tax registries, social security filings, and local compliance protocols.
- Milestone Escrow Funds: Clients are required to fund specific milestone payments into the platform's secure intermediary wallet structure prior to the initiation of any task. Escrow disbursements to the Freelancer occur exclusively when the Client explicitly validates the submission as satisfactory or in accordance with automated dispute resolution results.
4. COMPREHENSIVE REFUND POLICY & CHARGEBACK PROTECTION
- Standard Refunds: Clients may request a direct refund of any unallocated, unspent prepayment balances maintained in their platform wallet at any time. Financial refunds are strictly returned to the exact original financial source instrument (e.g., the original credit card, bank account, or payment gateway wallet) used to process the deposit. Redirecting refunds to a third-party gateway or different credit instrument is forbidden to prevent money laundering.
- Escrow Balance Refunds: Funds already locked in an active Milestone Escrow cannot be unilaterally refunded to the Client without the explicit approval of the Freelancer, or through the completion of our Milestone Dispute Resolution Services.
- Strict Chargeback Ban & Penalties: Users explicitly agree not to initiate unverified chargeback requests or "Request for Information" filings with their credit card issuers or financial institutions for funds currently allocated to an active contract. If a user files a fraudulent chargeback, the Company reserves the legal right to share chat histories, IP records, and signed agreements with the processor to defeat the claim. Excessive or unreasonable refund inquiries will trigger an automatic account ban and fund restriction.
5. ADVANCED FEATURES POLICY (CONTESTS & LOCAL JOBS)
- Contest Listings: Clients may post public prepaid or guaranteed contests on the platform. In a guaranteed contest, if the Client fails to select a winner within thirty (30) days of the closing matrix, the Company retains the right to distribute the prize balance among eligible top entrants after deducting administrative platform percentages. Clients receive zero intellectual property or usage rights over non-winning submissions.
- Location-Specific Tasks (Local Jobs): For jobs requiring physical on-site presence, users must never display precise street numbers, private telephone lines, or direct coordinate maps within the public description area. The Company provides generic matchmaking markers but disclaims all operational or safety liability regarding the physical interactions of independent parties.
6. NON-CIRCUMVENT PROTOCOL AND RADICAL OFF-PLATFORM BAN
- Twenty-Four Month Non-Circumvention Rule: Except where an explicit Enterprise Master Services Agreement exists, users who are introduced to each other through dbbinfosolutions.com are strictly prohibited from engaging, hiring, or settling contracts directly outside of our payment ecosystem for a minimum period of twenty-four (24) months from the initial date of contact.
- Communication Controls: Users must conduct all contract scoping, project milestones, and textual, audio, or video communication solely via the platform's embedded messaging tools. Exchanging external strings (such as Telegram handles, WhatsApp links, personal Skype IDs, or corporate email credentials) prior to funding a formal platform milestone is prohibited.
- Financial Enforcement & Fines: Any verified attempt to bypass the platform will result in an immediate administrative block on the profile. The Company reserves the right to suspend accounts, withhold platform payouts where legally permitted, and seek recovery of damages or other remedies available under applicable law.
7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- Milestone Dispute Resolution: In the event of a quality or delivery deadlock between a Client and Freelancer, either party can activate our Dispute Review Desk. The Company acts as an ordinary, neutral arbitrator and will review the hosted files, system logs, and chat records to issue a platform decision regarding funds and account actions. This decision does not prevent either party from pursuing remedies available under applicable law.
- Platform Content Protection: All core frameworks, legal policies, visual assets, text structures, software components, and original source scripts present on dbbinfosolutions.com belong strictly to DBB Info Solutions Inc. Any unauthorized scraping, commercial copying, or asset replication by hostile actors or market competitors will trigger immediate international copyright infringement proceedings under global intellectual property protections.
8. INDEMNIFICATION, GOVERNING LAW, & TAX COMPLIANCE
- Indemnity: Users agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DBB Info Solutions Inc., its parent entities, subsidiaries, affiliates, and its corporate officers, directors, employees, and authorized representatives, against any legal claims, labor-entitlement disputes, tax penalties, or third-party damages stemming from their profile misuse, contract violations, or fraudulent data postings.
- Tax Compliance: Users are solely responsible for managing their personal income tax records, GST/VAT registrations, and structural reporting metrics. The Company will enforce withholding taxes or local tax cuts only where explicitly directed by statutory laws.
- Wyoming Jurisdiction Mandate: This entire agreement, including all marketplace operations, shall be governed, interpreted, and managed exclusively under the corporate laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any legal actions, regulatory disputes, or corporate litigation must be filed solely within the state or federal courts physically situated in Wyoming, USA.
